Approximately 16 km from Niagara-on-the-Lake, on the road to Niagara Falls is the Niagara Parks Butterfly Conservatory. A place worth visiting, especially in spring and summer.
The cost of a ticket as for 2021 is CAD 17 per adult. If we do not convert, the amount seems reasonable. However, if we convert that, it is not so great. Therefore, if you are a butterfly lover, enjoy a warm and humid greenhouse climate and you want to relax looking at these extremely colorful creatures, it is worth thinking about a short stop on the way to the waterfall.
Interesting fact, if you want these beautiful butterflies to land on you, you should consider wearing bright, colorful clothes and sweet perfumes.
There is also a large parking lot and gardens around the building. Garden certainly looks beautiful in summer and early fall, when everything is changing colors. I’d like to visit that place again at this colorful time.
