Ingredients:
- Spinach 4 cups (frozen or fresh)
- All purpose flour 3 cups
- 2 teaspoon Instant Yeast
- ½ cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ¼ cup water
Topping:
- milk
- sesame seeds and/or salt

Start with boiling spinach, drain if needed, let it cool and blend. Best blend with water, milk and egg. Next, mix all ingredients dry and wet. Add more water or flour if needed. Mix and knead to smooth ball. Slice like pizza into triangles. Form each piece into ball. Place all on a baking paper and cover with cloth. Leave in warm place for about 40 min. After that time buns should double in size.
You can brush the buns with milk or oil/ butter and add some toppings.
Preheat the oven to 375 F / 190 C. Pour boiling water to separate heat safe container and place it next to the buns. Bake for about 20 min or until golden tops.
